The TEN Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as TEN) intends to conduct a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with the provisions of § 100 GWB in conjunction with §§ 13, 15 SektVO, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement. The subject of the framework agreement will be the construction and supply of populated protection and control cabinets according to existing manufacturing documents.
