Fixed reception areas: The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which Mauges Communauté, manager of the reception areas located in the municipalities of Beaupréau-en-Mauges, Chemillé-en-Anjou and Sèvremoine, grants the contractor: - Reception of travellers; - Management and maintenance of its areas; - Collection, on behalf of Mauges Communauté, of the fees due by users; - Administrative, technical management and maintenance of the reception areas; - Management of the remote management software « EELIS », provided by the company EELIS as part of a contract established between EELIS and Mauges Communauté. Large summer passages and unauthorised parking: This contract also aims to organise the large summer passages of travellers and to manage unauthorised parking related or not throughout the year.
