The contract concerns TV services for public display in communal spaces, such as nursing homes, preschools, schools, group homes where a viewing right is required. TV services are also intended for use where there are changing residents in apartment-like spaces, such as homeless shelters, women's shelters, where the subscription is taken out under an organisation number and no viewing right is required.
