Czechia – Construction work – PŘESTAVBA LETNÍHO KINA HÁJEČEK NA MULTIFUNKČNÍ CELOROČNÍ AREÁL, ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

The subject of the public contract is to ensure project preparation for the processing of project documentation, processing of project documentation for the purpose of the intention permit (PDZ) including the provision of engineering activities (EA) - issuing the relevant decisions or other measures of public administration bodies for the implementation of the construction in the scope of the required PD levels according to this contract, further documentation for the construction (PDPS), realization, production and workshop documentation and the subsequent complete implementation of the construction works of the contract under the name „RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SUMMER CINEMA HÁJEČEK INTO A MULTIFUNCTIONAL ALL-YEAR-ROUND AREA, ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE“ including the provision of all necessary permits for the commissioning and use of the building. The work will be realized by the delivery method of so-called Design&Build. The investor's intention is to reconstruct the summer cinema Háječek. The park's facilities are realized in the form of a low-rise garden "pavilion". It is a building sheathed with sheet metal plates with a box for a telescopic stand and a space for a projection booth, storage and toilets with a capacity of up to 2000 visitors to the area. The object of the facilities for the artists is underground, thus allowing completely variable use of the area under the roof and does not interfere with the character of the park with another above-ground volume. The canopy roof is at a height of 13.5m. It is recessed into the circle with a diameter of 51.2m. It thus enables the roofing of most of the auditorium of the summer cinema and the free "concert" area with a capacity of more than 2000 people. The fence for the needs of separating the area for the duration of the events with ticket sales is designed so that in the open state it leaves high permeability of the territory. When closed, it forms a sufficient physical and optical boundary between the events inside and outside the area. Most of this delimitation of the area is in the form of a pole barrier with benches and sliding gates carried by the upper profile. The surroundings of the fountain are delimited by a circular segment of steel rods with a shape corresponding to the bench. Parts of the fence adjoining the main object of the area are designed as a steel "accordion". The children's playground is delimited by an analogous construction with the possibility of suspending swinging elements. The concept of the existing park is preserved, as are the trees not colliding with the intention. Due to the position of a large number of existing trees in the trajectory of the extension of U Koněspřežky street and the necessary capacity of hardened areas, it is not possible to ensure replacement planting to the full extent. The areas and furniture of the cinema supplement the park with new functions and atmosphere. A partial revitalization of the park is proposed, and the improvement of the surfaces of the park paths outside the summer cinema area to a „parking“ mat is also part of the intention. The existing fountain is rehabilitated by the design in terms of its position near the entrance to the area and the solution of its immediate surroundings. Around the fountain, a hardened area and benches are created. The partial delimitation of the area around the fountain „wall“ from metal rods creates a more intimate semi-enclosed space around the fountain and at the same time the possibility of its separation from the publicly accessible part of the park during events in the cinema area. The Architectural Study and White Book, from which the Technical Conditions arise, serve as a conceptual and visual basis for the design and implementation of the subject of the fulfillment. The Architectural Study and White Book define in particular the urban, architectural, visual, dispositional and landscape solution of the subject of the fulfillment, including the required functional relationships and basic technical parameters (hereinafter referred to as the "Concept of the Solution") and on this basis the Technical Conditions are set. When performing the subject of the fulfillment, the Concept of the Solution resulting from the Architectural Study and White Book must be observed, especially in terms of the overall volume, material and spatial solution, basic dispositional arrangement, architectural expression, material and color solution, integration of the building into the landscape and solution of public spaces.
