The present consultation concerns the renewal of the collective insurance contracts of Aéroports de Paris SA, initially taken out in 2017, renewed in 2021, in accordance with the collective agreement of 12 February 2007 establishing the mandatory scheme for the reimbursement of medical expenses, as well as its successive amendments. The contracts also cover the scope of retirees previously maintained under the benefit of the optional schemes existing before 2007. These are two closed groups, beneficiaries of basic guarantees, exclusively funded by Aéroports de Paris and the CE. Additional guarantee options, at the exclusive expense of the retirees, may have been chosen.
