Daycare Helmi Furniture Procurement through a Restricted Procedure. Daycare Helmi (formerly Hyllykallion Daycare) is located at Opintie 5 and 8, 60510 Hyllykallio, Seinäjoki. The daycare's new facilities will be completed in April 2027, according to the preliminary schedule. The part of the old building constructed in 2007 will be renovated and completed for daycare use in April 2008. This tender invites bids for the furnishing of the first phase of the completed space. The spaces for the second phase will be planned in cooperation with the winner of the first phase tender. €250 000 (2027) has been allocated for the furnishing of the first phase. The first phase will furnish a canteen, which is shared with Hyllykallion School. The school's budget for furnishing the canteen is €24 500. The total for the first phase furnishing is €274 500. €100 000 has been allocated for the second phase furnishing (2028). The budget will be confirmed during the council's budget review in November. Bids will be evaluated based on quality alone. Bids will be evaluated as a whole and the evaluations will be justified in writing.
