The purpose of this procurement procedure, in accordance with § 130 and following of the Act on Public Procurement, is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, the subject of which will be the conclusion of a framework agreement that sets out the contractual conditions for fulfilling individual contracts for the ongoing provision of the following services: a) Provision of Regular Technical Support for the System (hereinafter also referred to as “Technical Support”), b) Implementation of System Development and Modifications (hereinafter also referred to as “Development”). The contracting authority requires that the selected supplier have its own cloud environment, or secure it for the purposes of fulfilling the subject of the contract (the costs of securing the cloud environment will be part of the bid price) in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration. The selected supplier must comply with the rules of secure development according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and fulfill the subject of the public contract in accordance, in particular, with Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity and Directive on Security of Networks and Information Systems 2 (NIS2).
