Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Tragwerksplanung Umbau und Erweiterung Von-Galen-Schule

The contracting authority intends to renovate and extend the Von-Galen-Grundschule in Gescher to adapt it to current structural and educational requirements. The building and outdoor facilities design was already the subject of an architectural competition. Both measures on existing buildings and a new extension building are planned. The subject of the contract are the engineering services required for the project in the performance categories of structural design and building physics (for the application areas of thermal protection and energy balance as well as building acoustics - sound insulation). A phased commissioning of the performance phases is planned (see "Information on options").
