France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Débroussaillage en zones dangereuses des technicentres

SNCF Voyageurs SAFrancePublished on Jun 10, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The contract concerns the execution of vegetation clearance and maintenance work (mowing, shredding, pruning, removal or treatment of plant residues), as well as the intervention of security personnel and announcers, tasked with securing the vegetation clearance work. These services take place in so-called dangerous zones within the SNCF Technicentres. The purpose of these services is to ensure the safety of railway traffic, SNCF staff and third parties, to maintain the visibility, accessibility and regulatory compliance of railway installations, and to prevent the risks of fire, falling trees or vegetation encroachment that could impact railway operations. ATTENTION: The service involving interventions in dangerous zones requires the implementation of an announcement service (ASP + announcers). To this end, there is a precisely identified qualification system within SNCF Réseau. Thus, the candidate company must demonstrate that for the "Announcement" aspect of the service, it, or its subcontractor or co-contractor, are necessarily qualified in this system. This requirement constitutes a capacity criterion. Economic operators can access the qualification system by following the dedicated procedure set up by SNCF Réseau, which allows their legal, financial, technical and organisational capacity to execute the service to be verified. The access modalities (candidate conditions, registration procedure, contact point) are available via the following resources: Contact address: [email protected] Dedicated page: -https://www.groupe-sncf.com/fr/groupe/fournisseurs/fondamentaux/qualification -GF01106 Qualification and follow-up of companies in the field of railway infrastructure projects, with specific qualification requirements (ESQ) by technical field It is specified that this qualification system is permanently open to any economic operator who meets the conditions.
