Poland – Servers – Zakup serwerów rack i przełączników sieciowych na potrzeby Centralnych Usług Infrastrukturalnych

1. The subject of the order includes the supply, delivery, unpacking, installation, configuration and commissioning of 49 rack servers of type I and 47 LAN switches of type I, installation of the operating system, configuration of management interfaces, provision of administrative access to the delivered Equipment from the level of the Prokuratura Krajowa, organisation of the local LAN infrastructure in the scope covered by the implementation, conducting tests and providing warranty service for the delivered Equipment. 2. The scope of the subject of the order is defined by the contract project – Annex no. 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as the “contract project”, and the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter also referred to as the “OPZ” – Annex no. 1 to SWZ. 3. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser, the Purchaser requires the submission, together with the offer, as a subject-related evidential means, of a completed and signed technical specification constituting Annex no. 1 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). Pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Pzp, if the Contractor does not submit the above evidential means together with the offer or the submitted evidential means is incomplete, the Purchaser does not plan to call for its submission or supplementation. 4. The remaining subject-related evidential means, the submission of which with the offer the Purchaser requires: 1) in order to confirm the fulfilment of the requirement SR1-3 – a printout from the page https://spec.org/ confirming that the offered server model in the offered configuration, i.e. (server/processor/y), enables the achievement of the result referred to in this requirement, 2) in order to confirm the fulfilment of the requirement SR1-15 – a confirmation from the manufacturer of the Management Software that the offered servers are fully integrated with the software DELL OpenManage Enterprise or HPE OneView possessed by the Purchaser, depending on the delivered server model, 3) in order to confirm the fulfilment of the requirement SR1-16: - 1. Microsoft Windows Server 2022 and 2025 - confirmation of the fulfilment of this requirement by means of a printout from the relevant Microsoft compatibility catalogue attached to the offer, - 2. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.4 and 10.0 - confirmation of the fulfilment of this requirement by means of a printout from the Red Hat compatibility catalogue attached to the offer, - 3. VMware ESXi 8.0 U3, 9.0 and 9.1 - confirmation of the fulfilment of this requirement by means of a printout from the manufacturer's compatibility guide attached to the offer, 4) in order to confirm the fulfilment of the requirement SR1-17: - ISO 9001 certificate for the equipment manufacturer covering the design and production process, - ISO 14001 certificate for the equipment manufacturer, - a document confirming the fulfilment of the requirement that the devices are produced by the manufacturer in accordance with the standard PN-EN ISO 50001 or a statement from the manufacturer about the application in factories of an energy management policy that is in accordance with the applicable regulations in the territory of the European Union, - CE Declaration of Conformity, - a printout from the website www.epeat.net confirming compliance with at least the Epeat Silver standard according to the standard introduced in 2019, - a document confirming the fulfilment of environmental criteria, including compliance with the EU RoHS Directive on the elimination of hazardous substances in the form of a statement from the server manufacturer (according to the guidelines of the National Energy Conservation Agency S.A., contained in the document “Development of a proposal for environmental criteria for energy-consuming products that can be used in the formulation of specifications for public procurement needs”, point 3.4.2.1; document from December 2006), in particular compliance with the ISO 1043-4 standard for the motherboard and elements made of plastics with a mass of more than 25 grams, - a statement from the server manufacturer confirming that the equipment comes from the manufacturer's official distribution channel. 5. If the Contractor does not submit the subject-related evidential means referred to in point 4 with the offer, or the submitted subject-related evidential means referred to in point 4 are incomplete, the Purchaser plans to call for their submission or supplementation.
