The subject of the contract is the delivery of a system for logging monitoring and for managing and monitoring the security of the telecommunications infrastructure, along with implementation work and technical support. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract is contained in the Subject of the Contract (SOC), which is Appendix no. 1 to the Contract Notice (CN), and the Contract Template, which is Appendix no. 3 to the CN. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority declares that, as a data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, GDPR) has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted in the course of the procedure. The detailed information clause from art. 13 GDPR is contained in the CN.
