Hainaut, situés sur le territoire géré par la Direction régionale du Hainaut de la Direction générale de l’infrastructure, dans le cadre de sa mission.

This contract is a public services contract for the supply, transport, labor, and all means of execution related to the maintenance and repair of heating and ventilation systems in the school and administrative buildings of the French Community (*) and the S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut located in the territory managed by the Direction du Hainaut of the Direction générale des infrastructures as part of its mission. The contract is divided into six lots corresponding to six geographical zones defined below. All lots include the same services. The six lots cannot be undertaken by a single contractor. A maximum of two lots can be awarded to a contractor. However, depending on the number of regular tenders, the Administration may, if necessary, award more than two lots to a tenderer to ensure the execution of the services in all lots of the Province of Hainaut under this open procedure.
