Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Europese aanbesteding ICT-beheer

The scope of this tender concerns the provision of support for ICT management and execution of ICT management in the areas of: • Service level management; • Technical management; • Support for security management. Within the scope of this tender, the Contracting Authority and the Bidder will work together to define the ICT management. A more detailed description of the ICT management and a more detailed explanation of the role of the Contracting Authority and the Bidder is described in Annex XII Programme of requirements for ICT management. Objective and Duration The Contracting Authority aims to select and contract one (1) Bidder for the provision of ICT management for an initial period of three (3) years. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral, optional extension possibility of seven (7) times one (1) year. Scope This contract is not divided into lots. Bidding for a part of the contract is not allowed and will result in exclusion from further participation in the tender procedure. The subject of this contract in this tender represents an estimated contract value of € 95,000.00 excluding VAT per year, thus € 950,000.00 excluding VAT for the entire duration of ten (10) years. Note: The estimated annual contract value excluding VAT is also the ceiling amount for the annual costs of the ICT management. If the annual costs offered by the Bidder in Annex III Pricing Schedule exceed the ceiling amount, the Bidder will be excluded from further participation in the tender.
