Slovakia – Event services – DNS - Technické zabezpečenie pre realizáciu kultúrnych podujatí

The subject of the contract is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS). The purpose of the DNS is to enable the contracting authority to place orders flexibly in accordance with the law on public procurement, according to its real needs, i.e. at the time and to the extent that it knows. The DNS will be used for placing orders for the provision of services and goods that are commonly available on the market, specifically for the provision of technical support for individual cultural events - mainly the supply and operation of sound, lighting and image technology and other supplementary services necessary for the technical preparation, provision and subsequent implementation of specific individual events. The DNS is established for a period of 12 months for the needs of the contracting authority and orders in it will be placed only by the contracting authority. The DNS is not divided into categories. The contracting authority wants to enable the participation of smaller suppliers by placing orders in an operational manner and therefore recommends that smaller suppliers who meet the conditions for participation in the sense of these documents, submit an application for inclusion in the DNS, so that they have the opportunity to apply for announced orders. Only those suppliers who are included in the DNS will then be able to send an invitation to submit a tender and therefore have the right to submit a tender, and therefore the contracting authority recommends to suppliers that they deliver the application for inclusion in the DNS within the deadline for submitting applications indicated in these tender documents. At the moment of announcing an individual specific order, non-included suppliers will no longer be able to apply for the announced order, but after their inclusion the contracting authority will be able to send them an invitation to submit a tender for the next announced order. This means that it is possible to send an application for inclusion in the DNS throughout its entire duration, but the contracting authority will only send an invitation for a specific individual order to such a supplier after their inclusion in the DNS.
