The municipality of Fronreute intends, through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, to award the specialist planning for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HLS) (LPH 1-9) for the expansion and renovation of the town hall in Fronreute. The commissioning is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if the planning and execution of the construction measure are continued, to call for further LPH (5-9). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual performance phases or partial performance of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure.
