The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is made in the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016. The modification of the contract during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 (1) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 28 days, respectively 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. AC sets the deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information as the 22nd day, respectively the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
