AC implements 2 rehabilitation and equipment projects for two kindergartens within the educational infrastructure of Hunedoara Municipality, in two lots:

LOT 1 – “Rehabilitation, Modernisation and Equipment of Licurici Hunedoara Extended Programme Kindergarten”, based on financing contract no. 445/21.05.2026, concluded with ADR of the West Region, as AM PR West. LOT 2 – “Rehabilitation, Modernisation and Equipment of Hunedoara Normal Programme Kindergarten No. 1”, based on financing contract no. 446/21.05.2026, concluded with AADR of the West Region, as AM PR West.

In this regard, AC wishes to contract a Specialist Contractor in the execution of public building and family residential building rehabilitation and efficiency works, who must have the technical capacity for the implementation and achievement of the results and objectives assumed through the financing contracts, for each lot. For the execution of the works, the following are made available to tenderers through the award documentation:

For LOT 1:

- Technical Project no. 14/2024 drawn up by SC KEOPS URBAN CONCEPT SRL.

- Building Permit no. 128 of 04.09.2024.

The investment envisaged within the project "Rehabilitation, Modernisation and Equipment of Licurici Hunedoara Extended Programme Kindergarten” will be carried out at the Licurici Kindergarten located in Hunedoara Municipality, on Ștefan cel Mare Street no. 1A. The land and building are the property of UAT Hunedoara Municipality, with administration rights for a period of 49 years in favour of the Extended Programme Kindergarten no. 1, Hunedoara, as a legal entity from which the Licurici Extended Programme Kindergarten is part, according to Land Book Extract no. 69645 Hunedoara, Land Registry no. 69645, with a land area of 2400 sq.m., building yards category. On this land is the building of the Extended Programme Kindergarten “Licurici”, noted in the Land Book with cadastral no. 69645 – C1 in a built area of 417.0 sq.m., with a partial technical basement, ground floor and two floors built area of 1221.0 sq.m. The destination of the land and building is that of an educational unit for the education and training of children aged 3 to 6, with extended and normal programme.

For LOT 2:

- Technical Project no. 15/2024 drawn up by SC KEOPS URBAN CONCEPT SRL.

- Building Permit no. 18 of 12.02.2026.

The investment envisaged within the project "Rehabilitation, Modernisation and Equipment of Hunedoara Normal Programme Kindergarten No. 1” will be carried out at the Normal Programme Kindergarten No. 1 located in Hunedoara, on Rândunicii Street no. 1. The land and building are the property of UAT Hunedoara Municipality, with administration rights for a period of 49 years in favour of the Extended Programme Kindergarten “Dumbrava Minunată” Hunedoara, as a legal entity from which the Normal Programme Kindergarten no. 1 is part, according to Land Book Extract no. 71474-C1-U2 Hunedoara, Land Registry no. 71474-C1-U2, with a built area of 1,112 sq.m., being public domain, building yards category. The land has a total area of 2504.0 sq.m., of which 1324.0 sq.m. is related to the Normal Programme Kindergarten No. 1 and is registered in the Land Book no. 71475 Hunedoara, Land Registry no. 71475. The building C1 including the perimeter pavement and land underneath are registered in the Land Book no. 71474 Hunedoara, in a total area of 1180.0 sq.m.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 (1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 (2) of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority establishes that the deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarification/information is the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
