Extract from the performance description: The Fachhochschule Aachen intends to procure a container-based complete system for the utilisation and recycling of residual flows from the paper industry as part of the ZELLULÄR project. The components of the complete system can be seen in Figure 1 of the performance description. The system must essentially consist of a substrate storage unit, an anaerobic stirred tank reactor (biogas plant), a solid-liquid separation including polymer dosing system, a reverse osmosis system, a downstream unit for nutrient recovery, as well as the required intermediate storage tanks and feed pumps. The anaerobic reactor is to be designed as a continuously operated stirred tank reactor (CSTR) with a working volume of approximately 400 L plus headspace. The entire system is to be realised in a 20-foot container and delivered ready for operation. If it turns out during the preparation of the offer that the substrate storage exceeds the remaining installation space in the container, the substrate storage must be positioned outside the container. The external arrangement is to be submitted by the contractor in the offer. The offer must include in particular the control and automation technology, the design and execution planning, the delivery, the technical documentation, the commissioning, as well as the instruction and training of the operating personnel. The project is accompanied by an expert commissioned by the Fachhochschule Aachen. This expert monitors in particular the compliance with the manufacturer's obligations and the safety and machine engineering requirements in the planning and erection of the complete system.
FIXED DATE: The container-based pilot plant must be delivered ready for operation and commissioned by no later than 30.07.2027.
