Germany – Fire engines – LFV Bayern e.V.: Sammelbeschaffung LF 10 Bayern

The LandesFeuerwehrVerband Bayern e.V. (hereinafter: LFV Bayern) intends to conclude two (2) framework agreements as a result of the present procurement procedure, which will enable the named eligible parties to procure fire engines of the type Löschgruppenfahrzeug (LF) 10 "Bayern" with or without a pump (TS) in the years 2027 to 2029. LFV Bayern itself will not procure any vehicles, but will be the contracting authority and representative of the eligible contracting authorities for the entire procurement process up to and including the acceptance of each individual vehicle. The LF 10 Bayern will be procured in two (2) lots: Lot 1: Framework agreement for the procurement of LF 10 Bayern (= vehicles, consisting of chassis with bodywork) without TS Lot 2: Framework agreement for the procurement of LF 10 Bayern (= vehicles, consisting of chassis with bodywork) with TS The fire service equipment/loading will be procured in a separate procurement procedure with several lots at a later date. Only radio equipment, breathing apparatus and for Lot 2 pump units including accessories will be provided directly by the eligible parties without a new tender.
