France – Motor vehicles – Location longue durée avec entretien et réparations de véhicules neufs (électriques et thermiques)

The consultation concerns the long-term rental with maintenance and repairs of new electric and thermal vehicles, for a period of 60 months, based on 15 000 km per year and per vehicle for lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 40 000 km per year for lot 6. The consultation will result in an ordinary contract, and is characterised as a rental. The contract is composed of 6 lots defined as follows: - Lot no. 1: 1 light commercial thermal vehicle of the pick-up type - Lot no. 2: 3 electric light commercial vehicles of the van type - Lot no. 3: 1 thermal light commercial vehicle of the van type - Lot no. 4: 1 electric passenger car - Lot no. 5: 1 light commercial thermal vehicle of the pick-up type - Lot no. 6: 1 heavy goods vehicle equipped with a hydraulic crane The candidates have the possibility to submit a tender for one or more lots. The duration of the rental (including maintenance and repairs) is 60 months from the delivery of the vehicles, which will take place on 2 November 2026 for lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and on 1 March 2027 for lot 6.
