Title: Performance of forestry services in the Tuszyma Forest District in 2027

Description: The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as forest nursery and meadow-agricultural management, to be carried out in the Tuszyma Forest District in 2027. The detailed scope of the works is contained in the contract documents (Specification of Contract Conditions and its annexes). The material scope of the contract subject includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as forest nursery and meadow-agricultural management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject are specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The description of the procedure for accepting forestry works is included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
