France – Software programming and consultancy services – PRESTATION DE SUPPORT MAINTENANCE SERVEURS ET LOGICIELS

The contract governed by this Administrative Specifications (CCA) concerns a « SERVER AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICE » for the Banque de France Printing Works (Banknote Production Directorate) and Europafi, hereinafter referred to as « the Contracting Authority ». The contract is subject to joint execution by the various Contracting Authorities. The Banque de France is the coordinator of the group. The present contract covers the maintenance and support of servers and associated equipment with Power processors and AIX system software. Loss of IBM certification (mandatory transmission to the contracting authority of a certification attestation to be provided with each renewal thereof) is a cause for termination of the contract for fault of the contractor. The CONTRACTOR does not use a remote control device or tele-maintenance and does not impose on the contracting authority the implementation of any software and/or hardware device.
