Poland – Construction work – ul. 1. The subject of the contract is the thermo-modernisation, repair and reconstruction of multi-family residential buildings, along with the construction of internal and external gas installations and the demolition of commercial buildings at ul. Modrej 47 and Żurawiej 1 in Gdańsk, as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernisation of residential and commercial buildings under conservation protection, located in the area of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk - in the years 2024-2027". 2. The scope of works includes: a) Demolition and dismantling works, b) Site preparation, c) Building works, d) Sanitary installations, e) Electrical and telecommunication installations. 3.
