The Cooperation Agreement Beliris of 15 September 1993 and its Amendments provides for various initiatives aimed at promoting the international role and capital function of Brussels. The Transport Infrastructure Directorate of the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport ("Beliris") has been tasked with the study, control, and execution of these initiatives. The project which is the subject of the contract falls under Chapter 5 – "Urban Revitalisation and Development" of this Beliris Cooperation Agreement and concerns the renovation of an adult training centre located at 1440 Chaussée de Mons in Anderlecht to accommodate a training centre in the field of construction. The present contract relates to a complete project author mission including a firm tranche and a conditional tranche with additional services such as: • Studies relating to architecture, stability and special techniques; • Building pathology studies; • Services in the context of the regulation relating to the energy performance and indoor climate of buildings (PEB); • Fire safety study; • Acoustic and vibratory study; • Conducting an energy audit; • Phytosanitary study and biodiversity survey • Drawing up a management plan; • Drawing up a phasing – Renovation strategy and a quality plan; • Study of the presence of asbestos (including the revision of existing asbestos inventories); • Drawing up a sustainability plan in accordance with the GRO principles; • Application of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology; • Assistance with communication.
