The market Dießen am Ammersee plans the expansion and renovation of the Carl-Orff primary and secondary school in Dießen am Ammersee. The background for the planned measure is the currently insufficient space for full-day support in the primary school sector. The additional space requirement is to be covered by an extension new building (House F). At the same time, the renewal of the heating centre is to take place. In the course of a preliminary concept, variants for the extension were examined, which led to a preferred variant. For functional and economic reasons, an extension new building between the existing buildings E and B is therefore sought. With this extension and the conversion of the attic of House A with 1,380 m² of usable area, a very economical extension solution is available. In addition to the additional space requirement, the building stock (especially House E) also shows a considerable need for renovation and modernisation. This is particularly the case in the area of technical systems, with regard to fire protection, room acoustics and lighting. As the total investment volume/cost framework for the expansion, conversion and renovation measures, approximately 19.3 million € gross (cost groups 200-700, DIN 276) were determined in the course of the preliminary concept. This includes approximately 1.0 million € gross for the costs of cost groups 440+450, DIN 276. The milestones for the implementation of the project currently provide for: - Planning/performance start: mid-October 2026, - Construction start 1. BA = Extension new building House F, conversion of attic House A: spring 2028, - Completion 1. BA = Extension new building House F and conversion of attic House A: start of school year 2029/30 (= mid-September 2029), - Construction start 2. BA = Renovation and expansion of House E: summer holidays 2029 (= August 2029), - Completion 2. BA = Renovation and expansion of House E: end of 2030. Whether the renewal of the heating centre is to be advanced structurally or implemented as part of the 1st construction phase has not yet been finally determined and depends on the planning concept still to be developed in this regard. It is intended to award the following services (in stages) with this invitation to tender: Technical equipment, plant groups 4+5, performance phases 1-3 and 5-9 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI.
