Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie osadu ściekowego, piasku i skratek w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the collection, recovery, and disposal of sewage sludge, sand, and grit in 2027. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers for individual tasks:

A. Task No. 1 Sewage Sludge – Collection, Recovery, or Disposal of Waste:

1) The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, and recovery, through composting (recovery process R3), of stabilised municipal sewage sludge with a dry matter content of approx. 20%, dewatered on a decanting centrifuge, with waste code 19 08 05 – stabilised municipal sewage sludge, originating from the Muszyn wastewater treatment plant.

2) Upon collection of the waste from the wastewater treatment plant site, the Contractor takes possession of the waste and full responsibility for its further management, in particular for its transport, recovery, and disposal, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the decisions and permits held, authorising the conduct of activities in the field of waste management with code 19 08 05.

3) The contract must be executed in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and the executive regulations issued thereon, as well as other applicable legal provisions relating to the transport, recovery, and disposal of waste.

4) The contracting authority estimates that during the contract period in 2027, a maximum of 900 Mg of municipal sewage sludge will be collected.

B. Task No. 2 Sand and Grit – Collection, Recovery, or Disposal of Waste:

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport, and disposal of waste with codes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the catalogue of waste, namely: a) grit with code 19 08 01, in the estimated quantity: • 24 Mg – originating from the Muszyn wastewater treatment plant, • 5 Mg – originating from the Andrzejówka wastewater treatment plant, • 5 Mg – originating from the Żegiestów wastewater treatment plant, i.e. a total of 34 Mg within the basic scope; b) sand trap contents with code 19 08 02, in the estimated quantity: • 14 Mg – originating from the Muszyn wastewater treatment plant, • 3 Mg – originating from the Andrzejówka wastewater treatment plant, • 3 Mg – originating from the Żegiestów wastewater treatment plant, i.e. a total of 20 Mg within the basic scope.

2) The maximum estimated quantity of waste covered by the contract, taking into account the right of option, is 81 Mg, including: a) 51 Mg of grit with code 19 08 01, of which: • 34 Mg – basic scope, • 17 Mg – scope subject to the right of option; b) 30 Mg of sand trap contents with code 19 08 02, of which: • 20 Mg – basic scope, • 10 Mg – scope subject to the right of option.

3) The amount of waste generated is dependent on the quantity and quality of the sewage flowing into the individual treatment plants, and therefore the quantities given are estimated.
