This contract is part of the "ecological and energy transition" EDEC signed at national level and part of an EDEC signed by the OPCO at territorial level in Normandy in conjunction with the DREETS on the theme. It aims to experiment with structured support for businesses, linking the transformation processes of businesses with the ecological and energy transition and the associated HR-competency development issues. This support includes equipping the company and serves as a lever for the development of training for the employees of the supported companies (promotion of SeleXion and the criteria for handling defined by the professional branches to support the development of employees' competencies and promote their retention in employment).
