The procuring entity wishes to procure a daily catering service (hereinafter the service). The service involves catering for the procuring entity's employees and/or partners as needed, both for daily work tasks and training, as well as for planned and unplanned operations, including in crisis situations. In addition, in the case of public procurement, 1, if needed, the service includes catering for detainees. The framework agreement is concluded in each public procurement case with up to three suppliers for a duration of 24 months. If the procuring entity's need for the service continues under the same conditions, the procuring entity has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement by up to 24 months. The service is ordered on a needs basis, based on orders. The service provider must be ready to provide the service in smaller quantities (starting from one person) and in groups of varying sizes (e.g. 10-50 or 100-500 people). The number of people is specified in the order.
