Belgium – Motor vehicle insurance services – RAAMOVEREENKOMST VOOR HET AFSLUITEN VAN VERZEKERINGEN VOOR HET VOERTUIGENPARK VAN HET WIT-GELE KRUIS

This contract aims to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement of services related to the conclusion of an insurance policy for the vehicle fleet of Het Wit-Gele Kruis and an omnium insurance policy for business trips. The fleet currently amounts to approximately XXXX vehicles across all entities. The number of vehicles may decrease due to future cooperation with leasing companies if the insurance aspect is included in the leasing agreement. This contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 for the conclusion of an insurance policy applicable to the motor vehicle fleet of Het Wit-Gele Kruis VZW, which is exclusively used for non-paid transport, both of persons and goods. The guarantees to be provided are the following: - Civil liability - Legal assistance - Full omnium for the listed vehicles. On the other hand, in Lot 2, the conclusion of an omnium insurance policy for business trips, which provides coverage for vehicles of employees, appointees, volunteers and interns during business-related movements on behalf of the insured (Het Wit-Gele Kruis VZW), with the exclusion of any commuting, unless otherwise specified.
