The existing building at the Herschelschule Hannover is being expanded and renovated. The renovation of the existing building (FuR) includes several smaller new extensions to the existing building, renovations within the existing structure, fire protection upgrading, a complete renovation of the sanitary facilities, a suspended ceiling renovation, and a barrier-free upgrade. Tendered service: delivery and installation of interior doors, steel frames as corner, surround, and block frames, wooden core doors, with and without fire protection requirements; interior wooden doors with steel surround frames in various dimensions, some with soundproofing and moisture requirements, approx. 48 units; interior functional doors as wooden door leaf with steel surround frames as fire-resistant and fire-proof doors, approx. 52 units; special doors as wooden construction with special design requirements, smoke protection, approx. 3 units; steel sheet doors approx. 4 units; equipment of all doors with OTS, FSA, panic fittings; renewal of seals on existing doors; maintenance and functional tests for 4 years.
