Slovakia – Catering services – Elektronické stravovacie karty 2026 - 2030

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the intermediation of payment for the catering of the Contracting Authority's employees for a period of 48 calendar months through electronic meal cards (hereinafter "meal card") with the contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. in catering facilities, restaurants, fast food outlets, food chains, food stores accepting electronic meal cards for the payment of the cost of catering and ensuring the refreshment regime. In addition to the delivery of meal cards, the subject of the contract also includes their management and the allocation (top-up) of meal units to individual meal cards according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority and in accordance with the currently valid provisions of the Labour Code, the Company Collective Agreement and other related regulations of the Slovak Republic. The estimated quantity of meal cards during the validity of the framework agreement is 1,000 pcs.
