Hamar municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for parallel framework agreements for engineering design groups for future building and construction projects that shall be implemented by Hamar municipality for the next 2-4 years. The contracting authority plans to enter into a minimum of three parallel framework agreements, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers and received tenders. The contracting authority will aim at distributing assignments during the contract period (call-offs) equally between the tenderers.
