This framework agreement concerns the provision of services for implementing the comprehensive support and follow-up system for RSA beneficiaries who are self-employed after their creation. The mission of the single RSA referent for self-employed workers is also associated with this framework agreement. The minimum and maximum amounts of the framework agreement for each period (from 01/01/2027, or from its notification date if it is later, until 31/12/2027, then for each tacit one-year renewal) are set at: Minimum amount: 400,000 euros (excl. VAT) Maximum amount: 520,000 euros (excl. VAT)
