The present consultation concerns the awarding of surveys and/or the analysis of customer satisfaction, opinion or profile surveys. It consists of a fixed-price part as well as a unit-price part, constituting a framework agreement executed via the issuance of purchase orders. Market price form: mixed. Information on the framework agreement: In accordance with article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with a single operator.
