1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of a magnetic resonance scanner along with room adaptation. The subject of the contract includes the dismantling and disposal of the magnetic resonance scanner owned by the Contracting Authority, the purchase and delivery of a magnetic resonance scanner along with equipment, and the preparation of project documentation and construction works related to the installation of the scanner, as well as the adaptation and modernisation of rooms designated for this purpose at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology - National Research Institute. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract / price list) and Annex 3 to the SWZ (Functional-User Programme).
