Netherlands – Motor vehicles – Levering dienstvoertuigen

This procurement procedure aims to conclude one (1) framework agreement (hereinafter: Agreement) with one Tenderer per lot. Therefore, a total of 3 agreements will be concluded. The municipality intends to start a tender for the delivery of various electrically powered service vehicles for the municipality of Venlo. The contract is designed as a framework agreement, whereby vehicles are ordered on call during the contract period based on the municipality's current needs. The contract distinguishes between 8 versions of service vehicles, each suitable for specific deployment purposes. The tender includes the following vehicle types: vans, single-cab with open loading bed, street sweepers, passenger transport, small green (tipping loading bed or fixed loading bed), large green and street works. These vehicle types are divided into three lots. Based on a current estimate, the total take-up over the term of the framework agreements per lot is indicative as follows:

Lot 1: Vans, single-cab with open loading bed, street sweepers, passenger transport, - 7 street sweepers - 8 vehicles in other versions.

Lot 2: Small green - 10 small green (5-seater) vehicles

Lot 3: Street works and large green - 6 street works vehicles - 7 large green vehicles
