The KfW requires expert support from an external service provider for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of market data supply, which integrates technical, procedural, and commercial aspects. This includes, in particular, the examination of data and service sources, including the respective provider and licensing structures (e.g. Enterprise and Individual Services, Exchanges, Brokers, Rating Agencies as well as Information and Research Services including ESG data), and the derivation of concrete action approaches for the sustainable optimisation of annually recurring market data and service licenses. A focus is on increasing license compliance, improving the traceability of data use, and enhancing audit readiness. The KfW estimates the maximum contract volume of this framework agreement at 2,270 days during the contract period.
