1. The contracting authority for this competition is Møre og Romsdal county and Ørsta municipality.2. About the Assignment - the procurement ́s purpose and scope The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for a turnkey contract based on NS8407, in connection with project K1802 Ørsta Competence and Culture Centre (Ørsta KKS), in Ørsta municipality. The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract for the detailed engineering design services for and the construction of the new culture and competence centre, with the accompanying outdoor area. The contract also includes the construction of parking lots and outdoor areas that are not on the project ́s own site. See the tender documents for further information.
