France – Architectural services for buildings – Maîtrise d oeuvre pour la construction d un bâtiment annexe pour les Archives Départementales et d un bâtiment pour les services de la Médiathèque Départementale de l Aveyron

This tender is organised for the award of a contract for the provision of the following services: Construction of an ancillary building for the Departmental Archives and a building for the services of the Departmental Library of Aveyron. The successful tenderer will be entrusted with a base mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET and AOR, complemented by the following missions: - CSSI: Fire Safety System Coordination. - SYN: Synthesis Studies. - EXEp: Partial Execution Studies (development of DQE and sizing of determining elements including structural elements) - MOB: Furniture. The financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority to the works is 18 000 000 Euros excluding tax, or 21 600 000 Euros including tax (May 2026 value).
