Subject of the contract: Supply of laboratory reagents, calibrators, consumables, along with the lease of analysers, air conditioner, centrifuge, freezer and refrigerators for the County Health Care Unit, along with the lease of an analyser in quantities dependent on the current demand resulting from medical activity. The list of products is attached (Attachment no. 5 to SWZ) with units of measure and the quantity of expected consumption over a 24-month period.
