The framework agreement with maximum is awarded in accordance with articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for by unit prices (BPU). The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The consultation concerns the rental, round-trip transport, loading/unloading handling, assembly and disassembly, and commissioning of dismantled wooden chalets as part of the organisation of the Christmas market. The service also includes the verification operations inherent to the assembly and disassembly of the chalets.
