The subject of the intended procurement is the tendering of operational, support, project and maintenance services for central unified communication and collaboration platforms. This includes, in particular, for the telephony sector, the existing central Cisco VoIP infrastructure including supplementary communication components (e.g. switchboard solutions, DECT, fax and alerting services) and, for the video conferencing sector (with telephony functions), the central Webex cloud platform and the future Microsoft Teams solution or Microsoft 365. The subject of the procurement is divided into 2 lots. The following specifies the contractual services and associated framework conditions for the unified communications sector for the following service areas: With the present EU-wide procurement procedure, two service providers will be selected who, for the different service areas in Lot 1 and Lot 2, will each: - have in-depth manufacturer and system knowledge and ensure the operation of the respective application infrastructure and solution, in particular within the framework of a second-level user support service and - maintain and further develop the functional and usage possibilities of the environments used within the framework of necessary Requests for Change (technical or functional) and projects. For the video conferencing service area, additional technical and functional support will be provided for the migration or technology change from Webex to Microsoft Teams. The service areas are described in detail in Section 1.5 for Lot 1 and 1.6 for Lot 2. For Lot 1 - VoIP services, an estimated contract volume of 2,154,000 € net is expected. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 2,585,000 € net. For Lot 2 - video conferencing services (with telephony functions), an estimated contract volume of 1,981,000 € net is expected. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 2,377,000 € net.
