3.1. The subject of the contract is the service of winter maintenance of roads and squares in the area of Skała Municipality – in the 2026/2027 winter season, including municipal and internal roads as well as municipal squares, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. As part of the service, the Contractor is, in particular, obliged to provide material to prevent and eliminate winter slipperiness, a specified number of units of equipment, a storage base with a permanent equipment duty and a dispatcher of equipment units. 3.2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts. 3.3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the contract. The contract may be awarded to the same contractor for one or both parts of the contract.
