France – Advisory and consultative engineering services – ASSISTANCE A MAITRISE D'OUVRAGE POUR LE SUIVI ET LE CONTROLE DE LA CONSTRUCTION DE LA NOUVELLE USINE DE VALORISATION ENERGETIQUE DE TOULOUSE

The present contract concerns the support of Decoset in all the study, design, implementation, commissioning and acceptance phases of the new Energy Valorisation Unit of Toulouse (31), for which Evonéo is the project owner. The works on the current Bessières and Toulouse plants are managed under a framework agreement and are not the subject of this contract. The new plant will be located to the south of the current site on the ash landfill, which will be deconstructed in summer 2026 with a transfer of ash treatment to the new IME of Muret (31), 11 chemin de perpignan 31100 Toulouse. More specifically, all the technical provisions and the description of the missions are detailed in the CCTP.
