1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of reagents for performing tests using molecular biology methods for the simultaneous detection of HIV RNA, HCV RNA, HBV DNA viral genetic material in plasma pools, as well as for archiving using a fully automatic method, along with the required controls/calibrators and necessary consumable and operational materials for 288 000 donations, and the leasing of automatic diagnostic analysers with complete equipment, including the connection of this equipment to the existing computer system and the transmission of test results for a period of 36 months. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority allows for a site visit at the request of the Contractor to familiarise themselves with the layout of the laboratory rooms in which the Contractor will install the equipment for performing tests using molecular biology methods for the simultaneous detection of HIV RNA, HCV RNA, HBV DNA viral genetic material in plasma pools, as well as for archiving using a fully automatic method. The site visit is not mandatory and does not result in the rejection of the offer in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act.
