France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – AI Mission MOE GC – Poste Source Enedis Aix-Les-Bains (73)

The contract concerns the provision of a project management service for the civil engineering works related to the renovation project of the Enedis Substation in Aix-les-Bains (29 rue Vaugelas, 73000 Aix-les-Bains). The planned works include:

- Modification of existing fencing

- Demolition of the 3 existing TR bays

- Civil engineering works for the 3 new bays with basements

- Civil engineering works for the 4 new half-bays

- Interior fittings of the structures, and installation of CFO, CFA, HVAC equipment

- Installation of the outdoor walkway

The project management service will include the following elements:

ESQ / APS / APD (including demolition permit, building permit and other administrative authorisations) / DPC / PRO / DCE / ACT / VISA + SYN / DET / AOR

BIM Option: The Contractor is requested to provide an option for carrying out their studies in BIM

OPC Note: The Contractor's mission does not include OPC services, as the works contract will be awarded to a general contractor or a joint venture (no separate trades). The technical constraints relate to the building and the electrical installations in operation. The reconstruction works of the Aix-les-Bains substation must absolutely keep the substation in service.
