The concession aims to construct and operate a nautical-sports facility in the western area of the Marina del Cantábrico basin to provide services for the management of mooring for sports and recreational boats, management of land and fuel supply facilities for boats, water and electricity supply, reception of waste and other complementary services, as defined in the tender documents.
