The Integrated Control Centre Rems-Murr (ILS) and the Integrated Regional Control Centre Ostwürttemberg (IRLS) will operate the two control centres as partner control centres in the future, such that the control centres will work closely together in normal operations and support each other. In the event of a failure at one location, both control centres will be operated from one location. To this end, the necessary control centre IT infrastructure will be procured so that the control centres will work together in a network in the future. The service includes for both locations • the IT virtualisation system for operating the control centre dispatch software COBRA from the manufacturer ISE for emergency call processing, telecommunications and radio switching and its interfaces. • IT security infrastructure • the necessary network infrastructure, consisting of networks and network management, incl. monitoring • integration of encryption components • building technology integration • interfaces to various external systems (RTT, AML, BMA, DA, KMS, etc.) • and the associated project services. The scope of services of the contractor (AN) includes the provision of the software and hardware components required for the respective systems as well as the guarantee of the complete functionality of the interfaces with each other. In addition to the setup of the systems, the AN also provides the service of a system integrator. Its task is the integration of its own system and the systems provided for this project, connected via interfaces, and further facilities of the AG.
