Belgium – Company health services – Service externe pour la prévention et la protection au travail

The present contract concerns a framework agreement for the provision of services of an External Service for the Prevention and Protection at Work (SEPPT) for the Chamber of Representatives, the Senate, the institutions with a budget dependent on the federal legislative power or housed in its buildings, the Court of Audit and the Constitutional Court. These institutions may, individually or in groups, conclude a contract with the selected contractor based on the present framework agreement, without being obliged to do so. Each of the aforementioned institutions may also conclude a contract outside of this framework agreement, subject to the following.
