Slovakia – Technical support services – Servisná zmluva pre informačný systém osobných záznamov o cestujúcich – Passenger Name Record (IS PNR)

The subject of the contract is the technical support and maintenance of the Passenger Name Record (hereinafter referred to as the "PNR IS") information system within the competence of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MVSR"), which consists of two interrelated activities, namely the support and maintenance of the PNR IS, which includes ensuring the guaranteed functionality, reliability and availability of the PNR IS so that the required level of service availability is ensured and any potential problems are quickly resolved without a negative impact on the operation of the PNR IS and the possible further adjustment, which includes the modernization and/or expansion of functionality, which may be necessitated by future legislative changes, changes in work procedures or the adjustment of interfaces for external systems, with which the information system integrates or may integrate, in accordance with the National Concept of Public Administration Informatization and other related relevant documents adopted by the Government of the Slovak Republic.
